    April Fools?
"I remember one night at Muzdalifa with nothing but the sky overhead, I lay awake amid sleeping Muslim brothers and I learned that pilgrims from every land — every colour, and class, and rank; high officials and the beggar alike — all snored in the same language"

No way, listen to the harmonies. They made some of the catchiest songs.

I'm not disputing that they might be catchy but one of the best bands ever? I doubt it.

They are pretty cheesy, but Huey's cameo in Back to the Future can't be beat

Even better is his cameo in this:

Hilarious! That movie kicks ass, and Christian Bale rules.

    Conversations getting dull
There's a constant ringing in my ears
Sense of humor's void and numb
    And I'm bored to tears.......

I was gonna bring that up as a classic scene. Beat me to the punch.

  • I have actually had this fantasy where I am next to a car at a stop light and they are bumping their music at a ridiculous level and I look over with a smirk and hit a switch and blast the loudest version ever of "It's Hip to be Square" and my windows and their windows just explode as a result of the noise.

When I was in 5th grade Huey Lewis could do no wrong. Neither could Survivor or Duran Duran, for that matter.

I was patrick bateman for Holloween last year. I wore a suit, red tie, fake wayfarers, had the moused hair, blood on the face, hell i even went to the tanning bed. I bought a portable cassette player for about 8 bucks that had those old style round head phones, and i went to a record store and got copies of Phil Collins No Jacket Required and Huey Lewis Picture This on cassette. I wore the head phones and listened to the music all night. That stuff is actually great when your wasted.

I kind of took it overbored though when I got mad at the bartender for not having absolute vodka and when I started asking people for blow.

Oh and the people that knew who I was were totally blown away when I pulled the cassette cases out of my suit pocket and they reallized I was actually listening to Huey Lewis.

Huey Lewis & The News are playing one of the local venues.

    Tickets are only $85!

"You're no help," he told the lime. This was unfair. It was only a lime; there was nothing special about it at all. It was doing the best it could.

I didn't say I paid $85, only that they were charging $85! I'm buying the Lexus Premium Suite ticket for $400+.

Asia! Now there's a supergroup. It was the heat of the moment....
