I just cannot get enough of this band. Everything they have made is great. Was very impressed with their performance on Austin City Limits.

  • amazing band! i bought both their CD's on the same day after hearing just one song...can't decide which one i like best. very cool music.

i caught the end of Austin City Limits, but I was so trashed I can't remember.

What's the deal with that show...if you miss it, you miss it. they never rerun it (i wanted to catch Wilco from last week). i'm used to HBO where you can always catch a rerun.

They replay it and they have more albums than that. I highly recommend getting the Friday Night Lights soundtrack (they did the music for it)

    Explosions is great!

They are basically the gate way drug to the instrumental/post rock genre though.

If you are ever looking for cool and different instrumental music check out these forums. Lot's of bands similar, in ways, to EITS

not too sure about that.....they are great - but I have heard tons of bands that have a very similar sound (especially Mogwai)
In my world everyone is a pony,
and they all eat rainbows and pooh butterflies!

Listening to How Strange, Innocence at the moment, first time ive really listened to them. I love Mogwai and this seems really cool too.
