i wanna go to nyc!! the national...menomena...camera obscura...for free!?! i'm so jealous...orlando hardly ever gets super awesome bands, though it has gotten better. i would go broke and lose my job by just going to shows in that city.

so far i've only got lollapalooza on the horizon. i better work on that :)

So far I've only got tickets to see The Tragically Hip in Seattle on July 11th. I'll probably check out this year's Calgary Folkfest as well, if only to see Neko Case.

The Hold Steady are coming to town on June 12 and I decided to buy a ticket, mostly because I've heard (from a lot of you on here) that their live shows are great, so hopefully it'll be a good time.

The Police on July 2 in St. Louis.

The Austin City Limits festival in September which I am REALLY excited for!!!

If I wasn't becoming a camp counselor this year I would've seen Cornell probably at least five times (all around the NY area), White Stripes, Rage Against the fucking Machine, Tool...oh man I am so pist.
Beavis: All my friends are brown and red? What does that mean?
Butthead: It means that his friends are like turds and that they like suck.
Beavis: Heh heh. Oh yeah. Yeah! Get those spoons out of my face before I shove them up your butt!
    Butthead: Huh huh.
