    The Beautiful South are the best ever! I have every cd put out by them. Not sure that many people get their humor. Need to listen to them again soon!

    I loved the Housemartins and the Beautiful South. Sadly, they never got the recognition they deserved in my part of the woods. I always liked how they paired those sweet little melodies with the most cynical lyrics.

    I had to laugh out loud when a German show about people moving to other countries used the intro to 36D during a scene where a couple said their goodbyes to their family. To bad they stopped the music before the vocals began though :D
