Has anyone seen the film, punk attitude: a film by Don Letts?

I watched it the other day, but found the music was way to aggressive, there was no mention of the Ramones or even Pearl Jam.

    since when were PJ a punk band? they may have had punk influences but by no means are they punk :)

    Obviously Pearl Jam is not a punk band. But one would be hard pressed to find a band who has done more to support the genre of punk. Look at all the punk bands they have taken on the road with them. The punk covers. Ed's relationship with Johnny Ramone, and his Hall of Fame induction speech for The Ramones. I certainly didn't expect them to be mentioned in this documentary, but Pearl Jam has indeed done much for punk.
    It makes much more sense to live in the present tense.

    If you find the music too aggressive, you shouldn't be caring about punk rock in the first place.

    I thought that documentary was really cool. I dont know what you are talking about because the Ramones were in that movie. I have it recorded on my TV and have watched it about 3 or 4 times. PJ isnt Punk but it sounds like their new record might be.........

    pj may not BE completely punk, but the influence can easily be heard and there is common ground.

    never seen the movie - what bands are mentioned?
