Audioslave have done the impossible .
they are the only rock band that have returned to
mtv screens succesfully with real original videos and music .

i am personally very proud of them for keeping the torch alive

I thought the Cochise video was completely lame with the fireworks and what not.

Like a Stone was boring.

Heres to hoping the next album sounds overall interesting with a few bad tracks instead of the other way around

When I first heard that the guys from RATM were getting together with Chris Cornell, I had very high doubts. Happy to say, I'm totally hooked. These guys rawk. Nice Guys too Makes me think of PJammin'

MTV started sucking after Reality TV became popular, bands like Creed somehow gained popularity, they cancelled the original Headbangers Ball, and Beavis & Butt-Head was taken off.

Fuse sucks because they only play the newer bands. The shit bands who copycat the good bands, and make every last song sound the same as the one before.

Put two and two together, and both networks are worth about as much as the shit in my septic tank is to dinner.

But yeah, Audioslave do make some kick ass videos. They'd be even better if they weren't played over and over again until they couldn't be physically played anymore.

ah yes...the fuck all attitude..the passionate belief in one's own ability to categorise music and systematically explain the events of the pop culture and how everyone else is blind to this 'machine' but oneself. i remember back in the day when i was like that... ahh...bliss..

just live and let live man..music is what it is, music. if it helps u get thru ur troubles or it just rocks u out, thats great. i cant be bothered anymore with what goes on on mtv and radio stations. i dont dig those kind of music and thats as far as it goes. i also cant really be bothered with who takes drugs or who is promotes sexual pervertness because thats outside the realm of music. live and let live.

I have both of the audioslave albums and find them enjoyable to listen to , I was a little disapointed when I saw them live, it could be the touring schedule or just the band adapting to a different sound.
