I'm out of the loop cause I only know a couple of those artists. lol
I'm sure it will be a great time.
What is the seating format? Are there even any reserved seats or is this one big grassy field and all general admission?
Both. Reserved seats down front and a huge general admission lawn.
early september would be better like 2005...late july was too hot...116 degrees too hot...but i must say, it didnt feel like 116, but it was still FUCKIN HOT
Felt like 126 to me and I live in the armpit of the South.......I'd LOVE to go back, though....!

I think we'll see them there again as long as they are out playing music in the summer in the Pacific Northwest.
On a side note, I hope they never play White River....that place sucks.
Those shows must be an even more religeous excperience than usual!
Its too bad we couldnt have added that one to our collection.

Do you think they realize how many people travel to see them....? Talk about a carbon nightmare. I live in the South and flew to Seattle AND drove to the Gorge......think about it.....Not to mention the fans that fly all over the country (and from the UK, etc.) to see them.

Your right, they can't avoid the huge amount of carbon that they produce during a tour. Especially when it comes to fans. They can make things more carbon friendly though. How about allowing Ten Club members tickets to only one show like they used to? This would likely cut down the number of fans traveling around the country to see them. They could also not avoid the entire South like they did in recent years. Forcing those fans to travel thousands of miles to see shows is not carbon friendly. Another thing they could do is play venues that are accessible by public transportation or close to major metropolitan areas. If they play the Gorge they're basically opening themselves up to be called hippocrates. A lot has changed since they last played the Gorge in July of 2006. The world is on the cusp of a major energy crisis. I think the band will acknowledge this by making responsible changes to their touring habits for their next major tour. I'd be shocked if they didn't.

Can't wait to add more shows...
I would settle for Singapore.
