Anyone Here Like The Strokes?!?!!?

Or am i alone on this??? i only got into them the past few months but they really grew on me! It was a big change in music styles for me, considering i like pantera, megadeth, soundgarden and stuff like that

    Good band, Is This It? is one of my favorite albums ever, it was the only thing I listened to for a few months when it came out. Really haven't been into their last two albums as much though, just not as good overall, but not bad.

    I like the strokes. They've put out three really good albums. Great bunch of talented guys, that make great music. No way you can deny it.

    I am obsessed with them. Their third album fits perfectly in their Catalogue its experimental with a great combination of awesome tracks and tracks that you don't like at first but end up loving more then the other ones.

    My Fav tracks are:

    1. You only live once
    2. Red Light
    3. Razorblade
    4. Ize of the World

    and others...

    I would say Is this it is my favourite album though despite FIOE having my favourite tracks

    They are a fun, catchy band...who make good, fun songs...1st 2 albums are solid, new one they tried to experiment too much & that just doesn't work for em, cuz they're not the kind of band you take seriously, they're just a lot of fun.

    i forgot how much i reallllly realllllly liked room on fire and is this the end? until the new one came out.

    the new album is in the mail to me as we speak... and i've been listening to Room on Fire like it will save my life.

    the new one though (based on the first song alone) is jumping ahead in the band's evolution...

    whatever doubt i had about them having a nitch and fading out (and i had lots) is gone now. completely.

    i just downloaded thier last two albums, really dug juicebox on the radio, and i'm letting the whole album grow on me now, but that 2nd album is kickin my ass!
