wtf - ticketweb rep

i got thru to a ticketweb rep on the phone. he said he could help me buy tickets. when i said SP - he said they're only available online, and suggested i use the website.

i told him i tried to log on 40 times, and he said their website is down...

so, in effect, no tickets are currently on sale for SP.

...this is so stupid.

    it is annoying, i've been trying for almost 2 hrs now...i got to where i had to pick 1 or 2 tickets a few times and when i hit add to cart or checkout the page won't load!!

    Yeah i had five different people at one point, all on different machines trying, i got as far as selecting tickets but it always fucked up... its a real bummer i was looking forward to hitting at least one of the Asheville shows. They really should have had ticketmaster handle this, clearly ticketweb is just not capable of handling this sort of thing.
