Stone Temple Pilots @ PNC question...

It is a rain or shine event but there are thunder and lightening warnings going on in the area right now. Do you think they would cancel the show if there were thunder storms? Or does rain or shine mean they are playing the damn show even if there are hurricanes and tornadoes?
