60's gem-Love Is The Song We Sing-San Franciso Nuggets-1965-1970

Picked this up at Costco while at the Bridge. It has 4 discs plus a book of very cool pics. If you are at all interested in music from San Francisco in that era it is unbelievable. It is different in that it's not the same stuff redone. Lots of gems on this one. Hearing the Grass Roots covering Mr. Jones by Dylan was awesome.

"I'd rather be with an animal." "Those that can be trusted can change their mind." "The in between is mine." "If I don't lose control, explore and not explode, a preternatural other plane with the power to maintain." "Yeh this is living." "Life is what you make it."

I was actually lucky enough to recently get an out of print copy of the Left Banke's complete recordings. At 24, I'm a dork for 60's stuff.

The four cd's are: Disc 1: Seismic Rumbles, Disc 2: Suburbia, Disc 3: Summer of Love, Disc 4: "The man can't bust our music". Lots of unknown bands along with famous ones. Rhino does a good job.
is that nuggets box set much larger than the single 24-ish track cd out now in cardboard sleeve??
