What do you listen to working out?

So what do you guys listen to? When I do cardio I usually like techno type stuff, then when I lift weights I'll go towards harder rock.

Right now in terms of rock when I work out I've been listening to:
PJ (of course)
Tool
Early Van Halen
SRV bootlegs
Rage Against the Machine.

    It doesn't have to be hard for me. I mean; it can't be some slow ass country, but anything can work. Plus, if I'm concentrating on breathing, slower music can be helpful.

    I go for punk, heavier rock and rap. underrated lifting music is Nirvana. some of their heavier stuff is great for that.

    I dont work out....but if I did....I would listen to House Of Pain - Shamrocks and Shenanigans (Butch Vig Remix)

    .....my old buddies band (Rainbow Butt Monkeys/Finger 11) used to do an incredible cover of this song back in the day. They used to be sooooo much fun live....until they got all serious and started dressing all in black :(
