you'll have to let me know how the moe. set was (if you watch it). i won't be near a pc this weekend:(

just saw moe. at the saranac brewery last week. it was a good show, except for the constant misting of rain. at least we didn't get soaked, just a little damp (but plenty baked).

also found out moe. is playing radio city music hall on new years eve. talked to the wife and as it is right now, we're planning on attending:)

i'm just looking forward to mmj tomorrow night.

i wonder if the very special guest will be someone not already on the bill or just one of the bands that they don't want to announce on the webcast line-up. it would be sweet if it was radiohead's set.

I'm hopin it's the Radiohead show.

My wife said she heard Thom Yorke being interviewed on the local rock station, 93XRT. Apparently he said they would be broadcasting the show on the blueroom site. Well it's not on the schedule tonight, and the MMJ show they are saying is now playing was actually last night at 12, so it isn't really live.

Radiohead is actually playing tonight, so I am hoping they are the "special guest" for tomorrow night!

I thought it was funny that I didn't see Radioheads time up on that site, I just thought they hadn't updated it or something. Why are they advertising it as being live then.....that's messed.

Anyways....moe. is on today :) Check them out ;)

Holy crap! Les Claypool is amazing on bass! He has got to be one of, if not THE greatest bass player I've ever head before. Unreal!

I'm disappointed we aren't going to get to see Radiohead streamed. :(

I wish I knew people who liked this kinda stuff, it was hard enough to get "a few" people to listen to Pearl Jamm this would just be impossible......

I love when people have the same tastes :):)

moe. rules. can't wait for labor day weekend (7th annual moe.down). also hoping to get to nyc on new years for their show at radio city music hall.

since labor day weekend 2000, i've seen them 40 times. absolutely love this band. the guys are great, too. regular, down to earth guys. they'll sit and talk with you about anything. the percussionist, jim, was wandering through the camping area on a golf cart during moe.down 2 and ended up smoking a bowl with the guy 4 tents down from us. i've also got pictures of my oldest son (he was about 3 at the time) running around a fire hydrant in buffalo with al (guitarist) chasing him.

    damn, i love this band.
