From US Weekly:
There's more trouble on the horizon for newlywed and Creed frontman Scott Stapp.
Us Weekly has learned exclusively that a sex tape involving the singer and fellow musician Kid Rock is set to be released. The tape shows both stars involved in explicit sex acts on a tour bus while touring together six years ago. The two don't engage in any sex acts together, but are seen and heard talking to one another during the acts. Footage was acquired by the Red Light District, the same company that distributed Paris Hilton's infamous sex tape One Night in Paris.
"We acquired the tape from a third part," says Red Light's president David Joseph. 'We haven't decided exactly what we are doing with it but our goal is to release it towards the middle or end of this year.' Representatives for Kid Rock and Stapp could not be reached. Stapp wed former Miss New York Jaclyn Nesheiwat on February 10 in Miami. He was arrested for public drunkeness the following day at LAX airport while enroute to his honeymoon in Hawaii. Stapp was treated for substance abuse in December 2004.
Are you kidding me....yuk.....who would wanta ever see that....him and Kid Rock!

Kid Rock: Files suit.
A federal judge in Detroit told an Internet porn Web site in California that it can't show a preview clip from a sex video that features Detroit rap-rocker Kid Rock and Scott Stapp, former lead singer of Creed, and several young women.
U.S. District Judge John Feikens signed the temporary restraining order Tuesday, an hour after Kid Rock's lawyers filed a lawsuit against World Wide Red Light District and its president, David Joseph. The order will remain in effect until a court hearing Friday -- though the clip had already been removed voluntarily by the company last week.
The lawsuit said Joseph and his company in Chatsworth, Calif., which made headlines in 2004 by distributing celebrity sex videos of Paris Hilton and former pro wrestler Chyna, are violating Kid Rock's rights to privacy and trademark rights. The lawsuit seeks a permanent order prohibiting Red Light and Joseph from selling or distributing the video.
"We don't deny the authenticity of the tape," Kid Rock's lawyer, William Horton of Troy, said Tuesday after obtaining the restraining order. "But they're using this without his permission to drive the sales of their other products.
"Even rock stars are entitled to privacy," added cocounsel Michael Novak.
A lawyer for Red Light District said Tuesday that the company removed the approximately 40-second preview clip from its Web sites last Friday after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from Stapp's attorneys. The preview clip did not feature any explicit sex.
Lawyer Ray Tamaddon said he couldn't comment specifically on Tuesday's lawsuit because he hadn't seen it, and that his company had not received any communication from the Kid Rock camp.
"We had looked into the legal issues and felt confident that what we were doing was well within our rights," said Tamaddon. "These are public figures, and the standards are different."
In an affidavit accompanying the lawsuit, Kid Rock, who was born Robert Ritchie, said Stapp shot the video in December 1999 on a concert bus near Miami. At the time, Stapp was the lead singer of Creed, a popular 1990s rock group that split up in 2004.
"This was a private video and was not intended for public display," Ritchie said in the suit filing. "It was explicitly understood that the video would remain at all times the private property of Mr. Stapp and would not be displayed or exhibited to the public."
It's unclear how Joseph and World Wide obtained the video. The video is said to show four women performing oral sex on the two men.
The lawsuit said Joseph featured a preview of the video on Feb. 14 on two Web sites -- http://www.kidrocksextape.com and http://www.scottssextape.com -- that link to World Wide's two Web
