I need help finding the name of a song, please...

I know the brilliant Pearl Jam community will be able to help me find a song I have been trying to figure out for years.. it has played on alternative stations, but they never say who it is.. I know I recognize the singer, but it evades me..

SO..

Here is how what I will call the "chorus" part goes..

"You just don't get it, you keep it copasetic, you learn to accept it and now your so pathetic"

Or something like that..

ANYONE? Please help..

    The band is Local H, and I think the song title is "Bound for the Floor"?
