I was listening to Sirius Radio yesterday (spectrum) and prior to them playing "Hard Sun" the DJ annouced that Pearl Jam's next album has been pushed back due to the overwhelming success of the Into the Wild soundtrack.

  • DJs rarely know what they're talking about.
Last week, KROCK (NY) was talking about Ed's video being released and how it was his first appearance in a video since Jeremy. If she'd done a quick Google search for Pearl Jam videos, she'd have come across the Life Wasted video, which had all the members in it.

DJ's are alot like weathermen. They tell us whats coming down the pike and cannot be held accountable for anything that they have predicted, whether they have used science, or a lucky roll of the dice.

In my ears that sounds weird.. After all the award-shows it`s over. It`s a soundtrack and he`s not planning a tour or anything.. We`ll get a new Pearl Jam album soon enough.. It`s been such a long long time since the last time:)

it was pretty much just the band playing in their studio, theres one generic poster that looks like it was taken at the same time, pretty big, a little blurry, and had a lot of red in the background.

I used to have the video for Save You on my video ipod. They released videos for riot act in europe. Just not in the US for some reason. Maybe that was their first test of if they would get a fan backlash for making videos after they were so anti back in the day. Not sure if there are videos from any of the other albums in between that and Do the Evolution floating around from overseas.
  • There was a promotional DVD or something called "Live at Chop Suey" with performances of those songs. They weren't really videos in the traditional sense, since it was just them in a club rehearsing, pretty much. It's sort of a live video without an audience.
