Has anyone heard of these guys? They're what I call a "throwback band" and sound pretty damn good. Check out their website at http://www.yearlongdisaster.com and listen to some of the audio files. These guys rock! I'm definitely looking forward to seeing them in concert next week.

Saw them open for Clutch...cool band and definitely better than Wolfmother. Fun fact: the singer is the son of Dave Davies. If this is common knowledge, I apologize.

i also saw them open for Clutch. they were better than most bands that open for Clutch...not better than Murder By Death though. i probably wouldn't buy their album, i'd get it from someone else, but i wouldn't mind seeing them again.

anyone here heard of Wooly Mammoth? if you dig stoner rock these are your guys!

Murder By Death is the shit! Been a fan for a while and was beyond excited when I saw they would be opening for Clutch. Red of Tooth and Claw might be the best album of the year.
