And he freaking sucked...

He opened for INXS.. they put on good show.. JD Fortune can lead a stage pretty good.. but he seems a little too much like a show off to me..

back to scott stapp.. i hate to say this.. but he should go back to imitating Eddie Vedder.. he was alot better then... now.. he is just a nothing.. with a crappy band...

He started complaining about the radio stations here in Dallas because they arent playing his new record.. he thinks they are boycotting him or something... he said.. call the stations to demand my new music..

somebody should have yelled out.. they dont play your music because it sucks!!! I was close enough I could have.. but knowing him... he would have jumped off the stage to fight me or something...

He kept yelling at his lead guitar for messing up a couple of times, he was on his drummer alot too.. and his sound board guy sucked.. half the time you could just barely hear him singing.. it was literally the worst 45 mins of my life... i want it back really bad...

  • The bigger question is: what were you doing at a scott stapp and inxs concert in the first place? hmmmmm? That would rank right up there with having your toe nails pulled out while you are waiting to see your proctologist.

I can think of better ways to spend an evening.

I think if my name was JD Fortune, I'd be a bit of a show off too.
  • LOL i've heard his stuff on the radio but have no interest whatsoever in buying his music or seeing him live (this is no mean feat who know me well). shame because in the early creed days he had a very good pair of vocal chords...but lack of technique and too many drugs made his voice go to shit.

How many bottles of Tequila did he have before launching himself into some classic Creed drivel?
    one foot in the door
the other foot in the gutter
    sweet smell that they adore
    I think I'd rather smother

I got my wife the album for Christmas because she loved Creed.

I've heard it a few times in the car, etc. and in my opinion is sounds just like Creed's more mellow stuff. No great Tremonti riffs, but if you like Creed's melodies and more soulful stuff, then Stapp's sound is for you.

Not my cup of tea, nor was Creed really, but to each their own.

well, when I was growing up.. INXS was huge... it was a treat seeing them live 15 years later... they put on a good show.. only 18 songs.. but overall, minus the Stapp experience, it was a good concert.

"Justify" is his only OKAY song, I mean really I'd rather listen to LIMP BIZKIT(well maybe not, they suck around the same horrid level) and that is saying alot about how bad he sucks(I HATE Nu-Metal, although Mudvayne have some kick-ass songs)!
