Three Snakes and One Charm!! Crowes

So recently I've been buying CD's that I was forced to sell when I was in college and had some bills to pay. So I just listened to Three Snakes for the first time in about eight years yesterday and I must say that not only is it incredibly underrated but also quite possibly the best Black Crowes album made. Amorica was always my favorite, and may still be, but this is at the very least a close second. Thought, likes, dislikes, etc.?

it's a good album, but i'd definitely not put it above amorica or southern harmony... maybe even lost crowes. still, it's got some dynamite songs.

i sold so many cd's in college, i'd probly have close to 1000 by now. it's kinda fun rebuying them though. you get to rediscover music you forgot how much you loved or didnt get the first time.

Ballad in Urgency flowing right into Wiser Time will be Amorica's saving grace for me to remain atop my favorites list. However, Nebkanezer, Girl from a pawnshop and Good Friday are such amazing songs!!! I don't have Lost Crowes yet, I'll have to pick that up next!

you badly need that album. it's amazing.

i actually like the second half of three snakes better... halfway to everywhere, how much for your wings, let me share the ride, and evil eye... awesome!

To me Southern Harmony > Amorica > Three Snakes but it is close and could change on any given day.

I love jamming Nebekanezer on the guitar.

I bet I have the only 9 year old who knows the words to Only Halfway to Everywhere (thanks to the Freak 'n' Roll DVD).

    Get Lost Crowes.

Cinnamon blew my mind when I was 13 at the Mustang Ranch. Oh, you meant Remedy the song. Yeah that's a good one too! :D

Excellent DVD. I recommend the "Who killed that bird out on your windowsill" dvd also -some great TSHMC studio songs (including a snippet of I believe yet to be released Girl from a Pawnshop) and interviews. Hadn't watched it for a while so I watched it last night. Forgot that Chris lets out a huge hit right at the beginning of the Remedy video.

3 snakes is awesome. Really dig Under a Mountain and the others previously mentioned and Bring On is quite sweet also. However Lost Crowes Evil Eye >
    3 Snakes Evil Eye.
