From what I sampled just on iTunes the album seems a bit softer ?

I'll probably pick it up this weekend

It's definitely softer than Alpha, but it isn't their softest effort... that honour would have to go to Seasons, of course. Overall, I give the album 3.5/5 stars. Not bad, but far from the masterpiece that fans on the Fieldofsolitude forums were calling it. Favourite songs on the album are Scapegoat and Contradiction. Contradiction especially rocks.

I actually think it is great. As mentioned, it is softer than Alpha, but really lets Lajon's vocals come through in a different (more soulful) way. Pretty cool. And while I'm not a big Best Buy shopper, the CD at best by has 2 exclusive bonus tracks.

As Clint walked away, their quality control walked away too. He's back so they may rebound.
