Yellow Ledbetter cover and happy Ed ticket news

Hey everyone... my bandmate and I recently had the chance to play a small set for a minor festival in Fort Erie, Canada. Of course we covered a couple PJ tunes, closing our half hour with Yellow Ledbetter. It was pretty damn cool to play it on a big ass pro stage. Check out the video and let me know if we did it justice. Oh ya, and we had no control over the slightly corny fade-outs to the sunsets and oceans... but whatever, I'm not complaining.

...it's in the video section

Thanks
Steve.

ps. I'm also super pumped that I scored a pair of Eddie tickets for each of the Toronto shows!!

Very good....very powerful vocals and excellent guitar work. I am truly impressed.
There's Pearl Jam, The Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry, Robert Johnson......and then everybody else.

Thanks a lot... it's nice to hear it sounds alright.

We've never played in the states before, mostly Toronto and other parts of southern Ontario but we'd love to spread the wings and hit up some other cities.

I don't mean to bump this again but I just added a clip of Rockin' in the Free World, only you'll have to excuse my lame guitar soloing skills.

Holy shit. that was great. Seriously, I typically don't like PJ cover bands(I know your not a cover band). but this was great. I love how you sing your own way. Great voice BTW.

And I guess I listen to Ed sing RITFW a tad too much, I actually understood the lyrics to this one.

Thanks for the compliments. It really was a blast. I do try to sing with my own voice, sometimes it's a little tough not to fall into a style that mimics Ed but I think I've passed that hurdle. Though I do wear my influences on my sleave... and quite literally as I've got a red/white/blue arm band on during the performance : P
