is the reason why i love the new album so much, what an awesome guitar player he is.
Who cares if the world is going down the toilet? Eddie Vedder got his mojo back!

When I buy new cd's, I always sit on my bed close my eyes and just let the music flow over me.
With this cd, I had my eyes closed, then when it got to a John solo, I would jolt up, in my bed.
If he wasn't on the album it would be mediocre.
his guitar playins magic, electric shock
he'll heat you up, like a frying wok
like a mind in time, like a california clock
AK's lyrical style's easy to replicate:D
You could easily get a job as his co-writer!

Eventhough I don't think he has totally regained his chops, he is definitely one of the most important guitarist of our time.
lol..awesome!
hes an awful lyricist...cant get around that
i rate frusciante as one of the most creative american guitarists of his time, along with incubus' mike einzeger

Got to agree, Einzenger gets nowhere near the respect he deserves, seriously underated.
I dunno if I would say it's better. It's so hard to compare the two when they are competely different styles. John's style within the band is more rockier but solo wise it's more mellow and chilled.
