and then when we're done with radiohead lets rank led zeppelin, foo fighters, the who, tool, pink floyd, the beatles, smashing pumpkins, AIC, and soundgarden just so we can combine these all into one thread.

"My Iron Lung" is a promo CD, like an EP. It's not a single, but it's not an album either. It's pretty good, but I dont think it should be put in with a ranking of the albums. They did a bunch of those types of CD's around The Bends and OK Computer, they put one out for HTTT which is also good, it's called "Com Lag"

great points, I feel the other ep "airbag/how am I driving? " is really one of the best things they've done, it segways(sp?) nicely into kid A

I have a strong feeling that the new album is goin to possibly top everything so far, especially if it does include the unreleased gem 'big ideas a.k.a nude"

Does anybody have the new (old) live dvd ? live at the (where pearl jam is playin 4/20) astoria, i'm pretty sure it's same footage as the my iron lug video

I think you could stop at: "Kid A just blows..." i think it is their worst effort.

No way man...it supercedes eveything they did on OK Computer...Kid A is an amazing piece of work.

Hail to the Thief is awesome, I can't understand people not liking it...2+2=5, Sit Down, Stand Up, Sail to the Moon...Some of their best work.

Go to Sleep and There There are two of their best, no doubt about it.

airbag/how am i driving? is also excellent. its like ok computer's merkinball.

i might be wrong is decent but those just arent the songs i wanna hear live.

my iron lung is good but misleading cause i dont think they were extra songs from the same time as the bends. all the b-sides sound like pablo honey.

As I'm reading this thread, I just don't get why Pablo Honey doesnt get any love at all. I owned the album for a couple of years, but only recently started listening to it. And i gotta say, I think its definitely up there with The Bends and OK Computer. I love the raw guitars and Thom's vocals are killer. Songs like You, Anyone Can Play Guitar, and Blow Up are definitely wicked songs. So i gotta ask, why dont people like this album?

    Here's my list:
    1- Bends
    2- Ok Computer
    3- Pablo Honey
    4- Kid A
    5- Hail to the Thief
6- Amnesiac (in my opinion, FAR worse than any of the other albums. Really was the crap left over from Kid A)

"6- Amnesiac (in my opinion, FAR worse than any of the other albums. Really was the crap left over from Kid A)"

Ridiculous. "Pyramid Song" alone shits over every other song released this century. Not to mention "Like Spinning Plates" and "Life In A Glass House". Dude, you need to get your shit together. Pablo Honey over Kid A? Why don't you take a break from the internet for a bit.

I prefer Pablo Honey as a whole over Amnesiac as well. Doesn't mean I don't think Pyramid Song, I Might Be Wrong,, and Knives Out aren't fantastic it's just I don't like them next to stuff like Revolving Doors or Hunting Bears. Amnesiac's artwork is certainly cooler but I think overall Pablo is a lot more rewarding. And I agree it's lot better than most would say it is. It's a cool guitar rock style that they expanded and bettered upon with the bends. Plus I mean come on Creep and Blow Out.
