It's actually a pretty good cover.
I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.

  • Not bad at all. Think I still prefer the Govenment mule/Myles Kennedy cover though.

i agree although this band has two guys who can really hold a tune, a rare feat these days.
    The wind is blowing cold
Have we lost our way tonight?
Have we lost our hope to sorrow?

    Feels like were all alone
    Running further from what’s right
And there are no more heroes to follow

    So what are we becoming?
    Where did we go wrong?
  • Like it
Beavis : Is this Pearl Jam?
Butt-head: This guy makes faces like Eddie Vedder.
Beavis: No, Eddie Vedder makes faces like this guy.
Butt-head: I heard these guys, like, came first and Pearl Jam ripped them off.
Beavis: No, Pearl Jam came first.
    Butt-head: Well, they both suck.
  • Pretty good cover...I like
  • thats the best cover of a "pj" song ive heard. Love the cello, very nicely arranged song. sounds great.

I kow that you wern't intending to snub the Soundgarden contribution but I think calling it a 'Pearl Jam' song is pushing it.
  • Actually this song is recorded by a joining of 2 Dutch bands (vertigo and silkstone) to support a national benefit radioshow marathon (http://www.3fm.nl) where 3 Dutch Radio DJ's live in a glass house without any food for six days, until this X-mas morning. The money they raise with auctions and the requesting of songs for money by the listeners will be donated to the international Red Cross and the victims of landmines all over the world.

So if you pay to download this song, you help the red cross with there cause!
