My band's opening for Frank Black next week!

Or, I should say we're opening for Black Francis. His new albums are really swell. Anyway, I figure there are some Frank Black/Pixies fans on here that might like to hear a fellow jammer is making some musical progress.....finally. Wish me luck.

good luck. that's huge. even if you play a 100 capacity dive, a frank black gig is a resume in itself. you're officially on your way.
Bluefinger
Black Letter Days
Teenager of the Year
Honeycomb
These are all essential albums on any good cd shelf, I'm not too keen on Fast Man/Raider Man but thats the only album I've heard by him that didn't click with me.:)
The albums performed with the Catholics tend to be a bit more rocking than the albums just under the monicker of Frank Black as a rule of thumb.
