For organ playing/ sound in rock its John Paul Jones...

His playing is the perfect sound for the organ in hard rock music. Also, the Pink Floyd guy make great sounds. I find PJ's sound is too clownish/ circus organ; kinda like the who and others, which may be what they are going for.
