I was looking foward to seeing the Allmans again this summer, but it's not going to happen for two reasons. First of all, they are playing at the casino in Niagra instead of the amphitheater in T.O. And to top it off, tickets are over $100 each. Is this the begginning of the end? Here's hoping Gov't Mule comes to town soon.

It's a casino. What do you expect.

Plus, the cheapest tix are $85... not over 100

I expect them not to play a casino, I mean come on we're not talking about Styx or Supertramp. Also, $85 is still $35 more than it cost for the best seats when I saw them last year. Plus I never said the cheapest tickets were over $100. So I wouldn't even consider paying $85 for shitty seats. I am just really shocked at the venue and the cost, otherwise I still love the band.

so if you bought a lawn ticket last year and paid $15 and then bought a front row casino ticket this year the average ticket would have cost $67.50

    what was your point again?

its nice to see the band playing some different small venues other than the beacon theatre...i bet even the cheap seats are fantastic at this casino gig(as far as sound and sightlines go)

    i love moe

a couple years back they opened for phil and friends at the molson amp...warren came out and jammed on recreational chemistry and then during the phil show al came out and jammed on franklins...those are some fine moments...ive been on the moe bus for probably 5-6years now...i would love to go to their moedown that they have every year

i have nothing but large respect for all bands mentioned here

bottomline still remains...its easy to pick on a casino gig and the ticket prices but buddy never mentioned the $15 abb/moe show and that $15 INCLUDED service charges...thats less than 6$ per band for a full 4 hour show...hmmft!

cool..yah I'ma huge fan of warren and of Mule also.

I love that now I can catch moe. and they play 2 kick ass sets for what 18$ a tix, it's great. That would of been a sweet version of rec chemistry, my dad and brother were at that gig.

We need to get a real ABB thread up and going for the summer!!!
