I need some suggestions of what to listen to right now....I need some new stuff

SUGGESTIONS?

i'm downloading mastodon and wintersleep right now for starters....ive heard a lot about those two bands here...gimme a couple more....old and new....i just recently discovered WAR by U2, ive listened to it once a day for two weeks, fuck its good.

    If you enjoy mastodon and like that heavier groove style music. Try out:

    High On Fire
    Album- Blessed Black Wings

    Baroness
    Album-Red

    Some other good bands
    Dredg
    Album- Catch Without Arms (first few songs are great)

    Built to Spill
    Album- LIVE

    Let me know what you think of wintersleep i'm considering buying their second album. I don't know much about them though i want to check out their myspace & lastfm page tonight before i buy it.

    never heard mastodon before today, not a fan...still will listen to it...but its right for certain moods, moods i was in when i was 17-19....the wintersleep is more my thing now...love that album...thanks for the suggestions...will get to some of those for sure!!

    Any cd by Fugazi is amazing. I highly recommend either End Hits or Repeater + 3 Songs.

    You need look no further than the Wintersleep. All 3 of their CD's are absolutely phenomenol.
    Which came first,
    the bad idea or me befallen by it?
