Anybody else digging this album?

I'd never listened to them before this one, I picked it up based on the glowing reviews(critical and RYM) and I've not been disappointed. Really interesting band.

i didn't get into the first album, but this one is pretty darn good.

This one is pretty good, up there among the best of the year. It really hasn't blown me away, but it's consistently solid from start to finish and it's been growing on me with each listen.

I saw them open for the Flamming Lips in Boston and they were very impressive. Definitely the type of band that would tour with the flamming lips though, a little eccentric. Not surprising they are putting out quality material.

They definitely seem eccentric, but I wouldn't imagine they are as fun live as Flaming Lips are. They would almost seem a bit out of place, I don't see them having all of the stage antics and stuff the Lips use. But yeah, musically they are a bit out there, probably "out there" in a different direction than hte Lips, but both bands are out there.

not my favorite band, but definitely worth a listen. i like their song 'little kids'.

I'm liking this album so far.

I'm wondering what people think of the second disc, New Era Cont.. Can't decide if I want to use up my emusic downloads this month on the second disc or put them toward some Andrew Bird and Stars instead.
