anyone here like the Finninsh band Nightwish???

which are your favourite Nightwish songs???

    My friend is really into them. I think they're ok.
    Believe me, when I was growin up, I thought the worst thing you could turn out to be was normal, So I say freaks in the most complementary way. Here's a song by a fellow freak - E.V

    Nightwish.. I like them ok. :)

    only have one album though. I think my fave song is Sleeping Sun.

    just wonder how they're gonna do/sound like with the new singer.. :confused:

    there are some songs I can't stand. but at least Tarja always had a great voice. :D

    oh, I also like Walking in the Air sung by her. :)

    Well, if you wish, I may say that I really don´t like the band, their music makes me laugh, how serious they all seem to be when the play. To me they seem more like a corporation than a band. Anyway, last time heard of them they kicked out their singer.

    well, you've got your opinion and you're well entiteled to it. :)

    but yup, kicked the singer out, annoyncing the new one.. hmm. at the end of this month if I'm not mistaken.

    it's a gorgeous song. have you heard what their new singer sounds like then? she's good, bu no match for Tarja..

    I love Nightwish :D I wanted to see them last time they came to the UK but I couldn't go :(

    Sleeping Sun is one of my favourite NW songs, Oceanborn is a great album. I don't get the video though... the one with the bath tub :confused: I really like the new singer though, hopefully I'll see them sometime this tour!!

    And Tarja solo stuff... not great :(

    Meh… I’ve seen them live twice in festivals and both times they were somewhat an anticlimax for me. They had all the expensive fireworks, light shows etc., but I was actually bored. So not exactly my kind of music. Although I like their version of Walking in the Air, it belongs to every Christmas.
