which are your best/favourite 12 of GNR's songs. (ALBUMS allowed - apetite, gnr lies and illusions 1 and 2. Spaghetti is a compilation of covers, so it dont count.)

    Wow... talk about someone with apparantly no musical appreciation or taste... (I'm lookin' at you Monkeyjuice)

    Even if you think the guys in the new lineup are "hacks" (they are actually way more skilled and play the old songs better from a technical perspective. The problem is that the original lineup was known for their "bad boy" attitude and their intense, albeit sometimes sloppy live shows.), you cannot deny how great the lineups were from 1986-1993.

    The new songs rival the best work from the Illusion albums and anyone who says otherwise is either 1)someone who only likes Appetite-era GNR, 2)hasn't even heard the fairly high quality leaks that surfaced last month, or 3) just assumes Axl is nuts and wrote him off years ago and won't give anything else he does a chance regardless of how great it is.

    Anyways, on to the real topic at hand:
