Anyone else see GnR in the RDS last night?
I wasn't expecting much, but Axl made good, along with his new band. Three excellent guitarists (one of whom played Don't Cry as a guitar solo) and a back catalogue of incredible music combined to make for a damn good live show. Better, that demo that had everyone so excited, sounded kick ass too.
Saw Velvet Revolver a year and a half ago, and as much as I hate to say it, I think Axl's show was better.
Didn't see that one comin'.
