Has anyone seen them live? How is the show? I am thinking of going next week but I'm not sure. I would have to shuffle some things around and haven't decided if its worth it.

Go, they put on an amazing show! The drummer is so into it, and even when I saw them infront of 5000 (they seemed shocked themselves), it still seemed intimate.
Believe me, when I was growin up, I thought the worst thing you could turn out to be was normal, So I say freaks in the most complementary way. Here's a song by a fellow freak - E.V

saw them in vancouver in feb and seeing them again in seattle in nov. you should go. get shuffling.

something to keep in mind though, they wont be opening those TX dates. so you wont get the full experience. Portugal. the man is headlining. greyhound is first, then wintersleep.

same deal as in seattle. still worth it though.

Don't think about it, do it. I saw them twice in Vancouver a few years ago and 3 times in London earlier this year. They are INCREDIBLE I was so blown away watching them live I drunkenly found the merch stand and bought all their stuff!
  • Does Earl Greyhound always go on first during this current tour? I want to see the Sacramento show but I can't make it until 7:45. Show starts at 7:30. I don't want to end up missing part of the Wintersleep set if they go on first. Just looking for confirmation that Greyhound always goes on first.

GO! They put on a hell of a show. You might wanna hit an ATM machine on your way there, because I guarantee by the end of their set you'll end up at the merch table buying a t-shirt and all their albums.

    Happy listening!

  • I've been wishing they'd play Winnipeg for a year now.
