does anyone know of an extended version ?......the original studio version is too short and i thought there was a longer version

    as far as I know you'll have to seek out a live cut, I have a version from under a blood red sky if you want pm me and maybe we can figure something out

    the version from the new vertigo dvd is the best ive heard...the chorus is so much more powerful with the crowd blasting into it with Bono....maybe you should check out the dvd. if its a cd youre looking for, theres the one on UNder a Blood Red Sky and i think on itunes music store they have that complete u2 thing(dont worry you can pick and choose songs, you dont have to buy the whole thing) and theres a live medley somewhere of where the streets have no name/40/ bad...i think...
