When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on sale Feb 23rd. Most cities will be $225/$90/$50 according to thepolice.com. I lLOVE having Costello as the opener. I love him, and he puts on a great show! Makes me feel better about the ticket prices!

Anyone know what types of service charges TicketMaster added on the first time around? I wouldn't mind paying $90, but if it turns into $120 with service charges, I may just grab the cheap seats.
