She's amazing! :)

Lately i've been listening to her records like crazy style. Her first 2 records "Legs to Make Us Longer" & "Everybody Loves You" are so relaxing. Tracks like Ingots , Carmine St. , Playing With Pink Noise etc.. are very soothing for the soul. Her 3rd record "Until We Felt Red" is very electric with full band.

I just found out about her great talent day's ago. I'm so behind in everything. :(

    she is on "The Ballad of the Beaconsfiled Miners" on the Foo Fighters new record
    she is on the original score for "Into the Wild"
    she works a lot with the folks from Tortoise.

    Saw her a few times and her musicianship is f'n top notch!!

    According to Nate Mendel (Foo Fighters Bassist) on the Foo's Long Blog To Ruin, she may support the Foo Fighters in Australia in April/May. I hope so.

    I just saw Kaki King play at that Foo Fighters breakfast thing last week. Yeah... she's pretty damn good. Made that Beaconsfield Miners song look like a piece a cake.
