I only own one of their songs. Any recommendations on which album to buy first?

Get all three! Seriously, they are all great. Start at the beginning with Mass Romantic, then grab Electric Version. Those two are my favorites.
    8/22/98 - Toronto
    8/26/98 - Cleveland
    10/7/00 - Detroit
    4/25/03 - Cleveland
    6/23/06 - Pittsburgh
  • I'd start with the Electric Version. Twin Cinema is fantastic is well. Umm, and so is Mass Romantic. I'm rambling...
"I'll do whatever the song dictates - if it doesn't need a real lead, then I won't do one. But if it does, then I'll fuckin' go off." - Mike

"Japan is awesome; the fans there knew all the words to all the songs...at least phonetically." - Stone

"I know this song so well, I can smoke a cigarette, have a drink, brush my teeth, take a shit, and mow the lawn while singing it. But I'll only be doing a couple of those things during this version." - EV

Get them all. You won't be disappointed.

Mass Romantic is a good place to start, though. And there's a new one coming out this summer.

I'd say start with Twin Cinema. Although they are all great... it is a good one to start with.

I would start with "Mass Romantic", the most poppy of the three, the easiest to get into. Out of their second two it is a toss-up, both are really good and have a similar sound, but "Mass Romantic" is the easiest to get into IMO.
