The Kings of Leon
an Englebert Humperdinck tribute guy from Romania

awesomeness encapsulated!!

what about you guys... been a good gigging year for you? who have you seen? (i dont do festivals or it'd be a shedload more and living so far away from any concert venue means i have to pick and choose my gigs :( )
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

Yeah they have seats left but I don't want to sit down. Planning on doing one day at Leeds festival for Pumpkins, can't do the whole weekend as I have a wedding to go to.

Last year was a better year for me.

In July/August alone I saw Muse, Foo Fighters (Twice, including 1 secret show), Red Hot Chili Peppers (twice), Pearl Jam (twice), The Who, James Brown, The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys (twice), Gomez (twice), Richard Ashcroft and loads others. Was truly amazing.

This year's been damn good, but not as many different big names as last year.
