I think this was vague enough not to break any rules. If I'm wrong then Kat, Sea... forgive me :)

Indeed. Choirs of the Eye and Dowsing Anemone are both masterpieces in my opinion. This latest one is good but probably not up to the standard set by those. Definitely worth hearing though.

obtained this album based on your recommendation - and I am really loving it. I look forward to hearing the other 2 albums that Jeremy mentioned (assuming I can track them down somewhere)

.......out of curiosity - have you guys/fans checked out Estradasphere, Secret Chiefs 3 or Sleepy Time Gorilla Museum??? If not - you MUST

Killer stuff. There's a lot more metal than on Blue Lambancy Downward but in a good way. Choirs of the Eye also has a lot of mellow, jazzy stuff.

Blue Lambancy Downward is a head scratcher. I am not sure I can get into this one. A little too out there, even for these cats. I am drawn to the Metal aspects of their work and obviously this could be the reason.

A co-worker came into my office while this was playing and I quote:

"What the fu*k is this crap" :D

I'll just file this one away with Eric Dolphy's Out to Lunch in the 'at another time' folder.

thanks for the heads up on this though.
