So I'm getting into the vinyl scene and I'm looking to upgrade my player. Its old and cheap and has had a nice run. I went into radioshack today and they had one with a usb cable to hook into your computer. I thought that would be pretty cool in order to turn my vinyl into high quality audio on my computer. But I know absolutly nothing about record players. I'm not looking to spend a fortune but I want something decent that I can plug into my home stereo. Help!

I recommend pro-ject players. It doesn't haev a usb but I don't think his is necessary... maybe they have now a new turntable with usb ?

    I second this suggestion.
