All this CC news makes me long for Soundgarden.....

I wish someone could reach the powers that be and get the ball rolling on the long waiting SG bsides/box set!!!!! Please kim we need this more than ever!

    I'm sure I already own all the songs they'd include. What I really want is a double live disc!

    Cornell would probably try to block it at this point. He wouldn't want anything to overshadow the groundbreaking work he's doing now :rolleyes:

    I hear you on the live disc! Now i own every released bside/demo/remix out there but the key word is RELEASED! how can you be so sure you have everything thats in the vaults?????? And a box set would be so sweet! Please matt, kim or ben please answer our prayers

    I don't know that there's that much left, it depends how many extra tracks there were from the DoTU sessions including hand-me-downs from other sessions.

    The only song I know of that I haven't heard is Ocean Fronts. Cleaning My Gun showed up at a CC show and like the Curse, who knows how many of the songs that belonged to Chris became Audioslave songs....

    I just picture it being all the SOMMS stuff, Come Together, Fresh Deadly Roses, Heretic, Cold Bitch, Show Me, all the covers from the Outshined singles, etc. I don't think they'd dig too deep, because the casual fan probably hasn't heard these songs. And back when I was collecting them, about the only way to acquire them was buying $12 import singles and such.

    A box set filled with demo versions and maybe a few we haven't heard yet would be great.

    Give me the box set, they could throw in all the rarities and stick in some live dvd action and the videos as well.

    And congratulations to you for not reading the thread!

    A live album would be AMAZING. Kim, Matt, Ben and Hiro need to it defend Soundgarden's reputation which Chris is trying so hard to destroy.
