I am going to go see these guys in the fall here in minneapolis at the excel enegry center. I was wondering if it is easy to get tickets through ticketbastard to see these guys or if I should join their fanclub or do their ticket promotion through itunes where you digitally buy the album and they let you get tickets before the public. I guess im asking what is the best way to get good tickets. Thanks.

its a matter of how much money you have. To join their fan club is like 30 or 40 bucks. You get acess to tickets before ANYONE else, even the itunes presale people.

If you preorder the album on itunes its 20 bucks, and you get access to tickets a few days after the fan club, but 4 days before the general public.

The 40 buck one is for a gold membership... you don't need all that for tickets. The silver is like 30 I think. It all depends on how much you like the band I guess but its not going to be an easy ticket to get unless you get in on a preorder. I've been listening to Stadium all week when self titled gets a break , and it is extremely good. It should drop huge even more so since RHCP havent toured the states in forever.

Does anybody know what happen to some of the cities they first listed a few weeks ago? Sacramento and San Jose were confirmed cities to have a stop. Now the official dates come out and neither is listed. I live near Sacramento and I'm not driving to Oakland on a Thursday night to see them. Hopefully they add a Sacramento date. There's just too many good bands touring this summer. I'm already seeing NIN, Radiohead and 5 PJ shows in the next few months. They've never skipped Sac so I'm confident of a local show.

We don't even have a Wahington/Baltimore area show which is insane because thats Baltimore/DC/ Northern Virginia which is a lot of fans. I'm confident they'll add dates to the entire tour ...at least I hope. There are 3 days between Philly and Atlanta and they could very easily stop off here.

I think that it is safe to say that more dates will be added as the tour progresses. Bands like RHCP tend to tour quite extensively when they release a new album.

i saw them back in september or october 03 in milwaukee, and there was like nobody there. I bought GA floor tix long after they went on sale with no problem. There was like nobody in the Bradley Center (nobody in the upper deck). It was fine for me, I was standing behind only one person on the floor right in front of flea. Closest I've ever been for a concert - and it was a lot of fun.
