what a tune. ive had shame about ray for years, but never really realised what an awesome song this was till recently..... great lyrics as well.

makes me feel a bit sad listening to it though!

    Don't get me started with the Lemonheads. I still consider them one of my all time favorite bands. "It's a Shame About Ray" is so perfect.

    Rudderless and the whole album is awesome, I couldn't find a bad song on there to be honest.
    Can not be arsed with life no more.

    I agree, Shame about Ray is a wonderful record start to finish :)
    I was gutted last week to find out Evan was doing a solo show nearby and I couldn't make it as I only found out a few hours before. Damn, pesky working for a living :mad:

    Agreed..awesome band...awesome album..had a chance to meet Evan with my ex girlfriend at the Stone Pony in NJ quite a few years ago and he was nothing short of extremely nice.

    the Lemonheads were at Coachella in 2007 (probably Evan and a few newbs) ... actually, they sounded great.

    I'm a fan.
