Strangest Place I have ever heard PJ
So the other night I was at my local Shoppers Drug Mart picking up some meds for my sick little girl. I think it was close to midnight and I probably was the only customer in the store. I'm walking around the store humming to White Christmas playing overhead.
My mind drifts a bit but comes back to the sweet sounds of "Let Me Sleep" being played for my ears. It totally caught me off guard and I just blurted out "holy fuck" getting strange looks from the cashier.

"To is a preposition.
Come is a verb"
"Army Reserve" is not one of my favorite songs from the Avocado but I found it interesting to hear it in a chain-restaurant.
I am a man, I am advanced.....I am the first man to borrow Stone's leather pants!
You don't have to run and hide away
It's okay, it's okay
I love you anyway
2007: Pearl Jam concert in Düsseldorf (21. June)
2007: Chris Cornell concert in Kristiansand (2. July)
2007: The Who concert in Kristiansand (4. July)
so that's cool
for the least they could possibly do
"Call me Ishmael. Some years ago- never mind how long precisely- having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me on shore, I thought I would sail about a little and see the watery part of the world." Herman Melville : Moby Dick
Also Light Years came on local radio on Sunday night whilst I was making dinner and it really sorted me out. Thought it was a great choice for the radio.
Thought I'd share. Seems to be a large Pearl Jam contingent in Dublin, which is great.

I still don't know if it was by design or accident but we both just stared at each other in shock. It was so weird. I think it was their taste in music 'cos while we were there they played half a dozen PJ songs, but to walk through the doors to the first notes of Jeremy was SO strange.

i stopped drinking that day.
turned out to be Stone Gossard backstrocking with only his nose peeping out of the water.
I often think about that summer, and though I still do not know the answer to "Who'se got the brain of JFK" , I learned who got the nose of JAWS.
Just classic.
here's where the PJ kicks in....
My friend and I stumble into an Irish pub that was open an extra hour. When we get there they are playing only irish music.... then in my drunken stupper I here the intro to "U"... I thought it was in my head. Then it dawned on my to look around and find the people rocking out to the song. It was cool to hear and meet pearl jam fans, especially when having a somber evening.
