    It's not an unreleased album, it's just never been released on CD. There was a rare promo HDCD pressed. You can download it in the usual places. Just search for Time Fades Away HDCD.

    I've found some places, but they're either expired or torrents, and I don't know how to work torrents. Anyone know of a YouSendIt or any other way that I can get ahold of it?
