Portland Grunge

Check out this article. There were several bands in the Portland region that were so close to making it until the Sub Pop implosion. Even though they are not Seattle's finest, they could have been big! I was especially impressed with Sprinkler.

    That is great article. It definitely takes me back to high school. Sprinkler was good. They had that "Nirvana" sound going. They were actually the only band that sounded "grungy"

    Crackerbash is playing @ the crystal ballroom birtday party here in P-town in the next few weeks. They also might be opening up for Modest Mouse next time they play(rumor has it)
