Help! I need opinions on my song

I just posted a song my buddy and I recorded tonight on Myspace. It should start playing when you click on the link. The song still needs vocals so it may sound a little boring without but try to listen to the whole thing. I need some input! Some things still need ironed out but for a home recording I don't think it's too horrible.
