  • It'll be out before the new moon? Does that mean tonight? :D

Also, it's a pretty cool song. These guys have yet to do any wrong.
Smokey Robinson constantly looks like he's trying to act natural after being accused of farting.

I love this new cover, so smooth and done only the way these 2 can. I can't wait to hear what else will be on this new outakes and b-sides release....is that what it is? Adorata??

And what the FUCK is up with the iTunes exclusive release? Damn I fucking hate iTunes. I'm hoping to get ahold of the new tunes when they come out in some other way. Please do tell when more info is available.......

    Oh and thanks for posting!

PM me your email address and I'll email you the MP3...it's in Myspace quality (96kbps), but that's all there is right now.

  • I really hope this includes their cover of St James' Infirmary. That blew my mind when I saw them in concert.

Another great tune. I seriously doubt this pair could come up with anything shit even if they tried. Chris Cornell should get Greg Dulli to produce his next album so he can inject a much needed dose of 'fucking awesome' into it.

That was one of the highlights for me too. There is a very good bootleg of the Manchester gig somewhere i suggest downloading it if you haven't already.

I've been saying for a long time now that a Lanegan and Cornell collabo would be awesome.....but since this past week, I wouldn't blame Mark for not wanting to at all.
  • Fuckin sweet!

    Their debut album kicked ass!
Can't wait for the new one.

And as far as Cornell, his work on Uncle Anesthesia ruled. So I say give him another chance. But he seems so damn busy these days....

Yes Uncle Anesthesia did kick ass. Caught Between is a killer jam. Hell, the whole album is solid. It would have been nice if Chris' backing vocals would have been a tad more prominent on some of the tunes like Uncle Anesthesia and Alice Said.

I've always wished that Cornell and Lanegan would do a duet similar to Eddie and Chris' on Hunger Strike. Another Vedder/Cornell duet would be great too! But as of right now, Lanegan and Vedder are so much further apart (for the better) than Cornell musically that I doubt it will happen anytime soon, if ever.
