I want to thank everyone on this forum for introducing me to this band. WOW! After listening to the album, I searched for tour dates thinking no would be no way they'd be playing in DC anytime soon. I see they are playing the Black Cat in DC...what a venue to see them at!!

PJ in Philly 5/27 and 28, DC 5/30, NJ 6/3 then back to DC for Wolfmother on 6/6...to say I am excited for the next two weeks is an understatement

    Thanks again!!!

i saw them on muchmusic today and the singer looks like carrot top with dark hair.

i didn't like that song they played. I don't know if the others are anything like that one, but it sucked! he sounded like a retarded version of jack white.
    5/09/06, 5/10/06 - FUCKIN AMAZING!!!!

I just downloaded the album from iTunes. I can't listening to it. Actually, I'm bouncing between Wolfmother's self-titled, Tool's 10,000 Days, and Pearl Jam's latest. I could hardly wait for the Wolfmother show on 06/14/06 here in Los Angeles.

I'll see you at the Cat, beeotch!

Awesome venue for an intimate show with a rockin' band!
    :D:D:D

Wolfmother's sound is a bit cliched ... but in an era where you gotta take your rock where you find it ... I'm THERE!

    :D
If I was to smile and I held out my hand
If I opened it now would you not understand?

Definitely my favorite new band of the year. Very solid album.
I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.

I've had it for 3 months...couldn't wait for slow-assed America so i hooked it up on e-bay.

Dave Sardy engineered and produced. That guy is one of my heroes. Anyone familiar with his old band, Barkmarket? They were once referred to as "Soundgarden with a head injury". Seriously good stuff.
