anyone have any mp3s of them? i've heard good things and want to check out what i've apparently been missing.

    the new album is incredibly corny. last one had some really good songs but overall just alright imo.

    I think most people find "Absolution" Muse's most defining album....that's what they should sound like now and ever. I loved the damn thing myself; it was blown up and brilliant. But this new album...this is Muse stepping outside of the box and doing it really well.

    There's still the grand overwhelming sounds, the doom, Bellamy's soaring voice, the emotional strings, the metal moments, the theatrical guitar (I mean it's all so dramatic), and then there's that trumpet that comes out of nowhere....

    Muse moves on. I think they sound really good doing it. I forgive them for "Soldier's Poem"...not a favored moment of mine, but the other 10 tracks make up for that handily.

    I love them. Going to see them in Edinburgh later this month and then again in Glasgow in November. I'm not a huge fan of the first album after the first few tracks, but I really enjoy everything else they've put out.

    They are a really awesome band, Ilike all their records, they have a different sound, I haven't heard the new record but I heard good things about it, hope to get it soon, I also recommend you to listen "New Born" is a great song!! my favorite from them "Hysteria" is great too, if you have the chance to see them live, do it, you won't regret it!!!

    Good call. Citizen erased is one of their best songs. Origin of Symmetry is their best in my opinion. The opening 6 tracks blow me away every time.

    Yeah Origin Of Symmetry is damn near perfect. But I also must give some praise for Hysteria - that song is fucking awesome, the riffs, the chorus, and that bass line is bloody amazing!

    I saw these guys for the second time last night. Just like the first they were very good. This time they had an awesome light show though so that was cool!

    Did they change the stage setup at all from the last time?

    I saw them at the Tabernacle and before that at Gwinnett Center.
    My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

    Only other time i saw them was at the curiosa tour a couple years back on the second stage and there was not stage set up on that tour lol

    this one was pretty awesome lots of strobe lights and these tubes that shot light through them behind them on stage and they were shooting video behind them on blank white canvases they set up. Hard to explain but it was awesome.
